Information we collect
When you make a booking we collect the lead guest's first and last name, email address and, if you provide it, a phone number. We also collect the ticket details and visit date needed to fulfil your order.
How we use it
- To process your booking and send your e-tickets and confirmation.
- To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
- To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations in Qatar.
Payment data
Card payments are processed on our secure billing page by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number on this website.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with our payment provider and, where required, the venue in order to fulfil your booking. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy legal and accounting requirements, after which they are securely deleted.
Your choices
