Refund & cancellation policy
How refunds and changes work for Doha Quest tickets booked through Tickets Doha.
Failed or incomplete payments
If a payment does not go through, no booking is created and no charge is kept, so you can try again. If you see a pending amount from a failed attempt, it is normally released by your bank within a few business days.
Charged but no tickets received
If you were charged but did not receive your e-tickets by email, contact us with your order reference. We will locate the booking and either resend the tickets or arrange a refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations and date changes
Admission tickets are valid only for the selected date. Where a cancellation or date change is possible, it depends on the venue's conditions for the ticket you bought. Tell us as early as possible and we will do what we can within those conditions.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original card used for payment, in Qatari Riyals. Processing times depend on your bank.
