1. Who we are

Tickets Doha is a trading name of Al Rayyan Ticketing Services W.L.L. (CR No. 148037), based in Doha, Qatar. We are an independent booking service and are not the operator of Doha Quest. Bookings made through this website are for admission to a third-party venue and remain subject to that venue's own rules.

2. Bookings and tickets

Each admission ticket is valid only for the single visit date you select at checkout. Tickets are issued electronically and sent to the email address provided. It is your responsibility to enter accurate details and to check your email, including junk or spam folders.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include any online discount applied at the time of booking. The amount payable is confirmed before you are taken to our secure billing page. Payment is taken by card; your booking is only complete once payment is approved.

4. Guardian and eligibility rules

Guests aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or over. iFLY Quest has additional requirements, including a minimum age of 3, a minimum height of 100 cm, mandatory registration and a signed waiver. Final eligibility for any attraction is decided by the venue on the day.

5. Changes and cancellations

Where a change or refund is possible, it is handled in line with our refund policy. The venue may vary ride availability or opening times for maintenance, safety or operational reasons.

6. Liability

We take care to present accurate information, but we do not control the venue or its attractions. Participation in rides and activities is at your own risk and subject to the venue's safety rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable Qatari law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
