How do I buy Doha Quest tickets on this site?
Open the Tickets page, set how many adult, junior or iFLY Quest tickets you need, choose your visit date, then add the lead guest details. You finish by paying securely by card on our billing page.
How soon are my e-tickets confirmed and delivered?
Successful bookings are usually confirmed within a few minutes. Your e-tickets are sent to the email address you enter at checkout, so please make sure it is correct.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept major credit and debit cards on our secure billing page. Amounts are charged in Qatari Riyals (QAR).
Is it safe to pay by card here?
Yes. Payment is completed on our secure billing page over an encrypted connection, and we do not store your full card number.
What if my payment fails or I am charged but do not receive tickets?
If a payment fails, no booking is created and you can simply try again. If you were charged but did not receive your e-tickets, contact our support team with your order reference and we will resolve it.
